Thoughts from a School Nurse You might feel a little stick!

Today I went to the RRCC Women's Lunch at Sticky Fingers. It was so much fun. I met some new people and found someone with a common interest in my favorite author and subject... Stephen King and horror fiction. Emily Grace had a great time. She had the ribs and practically licked the bones clean.

After the lunch, we went with some good friends over to the mall and spent the rest of the afternoon shopping and talking. That was fun too. It's nice to hang out with with a great friend (Missy) and just talk and laugh without being on a schedule. I really appreciated it today, knowing that those days are numbered once again.

I start back to work next week. I am sad to see the summer end, but I'm also looking forward to getting back into a routine and getting a paycheck again! So next Friday I start the school year with a day-long nurse meeting and then work days start on the 18th. I'm looking forward to seeing my little regular students every day.
